デジタル化とサイバー空間の活用が飛躍的に拡大する今日、サイバーセキュリティをどう構築するかは、各国の安全保障にとって重要な課題となっています。中東ユーラシアではこの10年間、ミサイルや戦車による戦争のしかたに加え、ドローンの使用や情報戦などの新しい戦闘のしかたが登場しました。本会議では、こうした戦闘の変化の現状を分析し、安全保障の新しい考え方や理論をどう構築していけばよいのかを議論します。対面とオンラインのハイブリッド形式の会議です。登録が必要ですが、ポスターをご覧ください。 Under the ongoing expansion of digitalization and the use of cyber space, cyber security has become a prominent challenge for each state’s security. This conference will address what role social media and psychological and political narratives have played in hybrid warfare in the Middle East and Eurasia. Please join in our discussion.
